expertizadiamante.ro is the official website of Star Media Advertising SRL, tax ID RO21085573. It provides information about gemmological expertise and valuation, appointment requests and issued certificate verification.

Services include diamond, gemstone and jewellery examination and identification; insurance, inheritance or asset-division valuations; and written expertise reports with unique verification numbers.

All services require a prior appointment. Visiting the site or submitting a contact form does not constitute a contractual commitment by the provider.

2. Pricing and fees

Displayed prices are indicative and may vary with item complexity and value, stone count, urgency and other factors assessed when arranging an appointment. The final fee is communicated on confirmation or item handover.

Payment follows the methods communicated when booking: cash, bank transfer or other agreed means. Reports are issued after the agreed fee is paid in full.

3. Expertise reports

Reports represent the gemmologist's professional opinion at issue date, based on available methods and instruments. They are not legal guarantees of market value and do not replace official valuations required by financial or notarial institutions.

Issued report authenticity and integrity may be checked through certificate verification using the unique document number.

4. Appointments and cancellation

Appointments are confirmed by email or phone in request order and subject to availability.
Cancellation or rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment through direct email or phone contact.
Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of the reserved slot.
The provider may reschedule or cancel for objective reasons, such as force majeure, illness or technical unavailability, notifying the client as soon as possible.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, images, graphics, logos, reports and other materials belong to Star Media Advertising SRL or are used with rights-holder permission. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires the operator's prior written consent.

Issued reports are individual professional documents. Partial reproduction or alteration in any form is prohibited.

6. Liability

The provider is not responsible for:

Purchase, sale or insurance decisions based solely on general website information without individual examination.
Market value changes after report issue.
Indirect, incidental or consequential loss from temporary website unavailability.
Content on linked third-party websites.

The operator's liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise, they will be referred to the competent Romanian courts.
